SAP Strategy Management: RapidStart

The SAP® Strategy Management (SSM) application helps line-of-business managers and senior executives drive execution into the planning process. By linking strategic plans to initiatives, performance measures, and people, you can set clear priorities and tasks that employees can act on with confidence and purpose. Ultimately, you gain greater visibility into and control over the factors that affect your organization’s performance, which leads to more agile execution.

This RapidStart has been designed to enable organisations to quickly implement, communicate and take action on the strategy to their employees, shareholders, customers or the citizens they represent.

The SSM application should be deployed in two phases.

Phase 1 – RapidStart: Top level scorecard, manual data entry, deployed via html 5 or the iPad apps, KPI Automation Templates and Web Data Entry & Approval forms, plus 12 months developed application support.

Phase 2 – Automation of the KPIs: This phase is not included in the RapidStart…As a rule of thumb, Automation of the KPIs could take 1-2 days per KPI and is solely dependant on the source data of the KPI’s.
